Barbara Hughes, CEO and Founder of GWES, initially began by assisting former employees, colleagues, friends, and family with resume reviews and updates. Her expertise soon expanded to include editing a variety of professional documents, such as PowerPoint presentations and business proposals. Driven by a passion for helping others achieve transformative, results-driven success, Barbara founded GWES to assist individuals and organizations on their journey to growth and excellence .
